Alloying elements (such as chromium, molybdenum, nickel, etc.) are added to alloy steel, which can improve corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and mechanical properties. It can be used high temperature and pressure environments (Such as reactor and heat exchanger piping in refinery).
The regular materials include ASTM A335 P5 P9 P11 P12 P22 P91, ASTM A213 T5 T11 T12 T22 T91, and so on.

Stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and mechanical strength. The pipes can be used in corrosive environments and high temperature and pressure environments.

• Carbon steel is the most commonly used boiler pipe material, suitable for low temperature section of low pressure boiler pipe (such as economizer, water supply pipe).

• Nickel-based alloys are suitable for high-temperature piping in supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers.

• Aluminum alloy has light weight, good corrosion resistance and machinability, suitable for low temperature environment. Suitable for liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks.

• Titanium and titanium alloys have excellent corrosion resistance, low density and high strength, especially suitable for highly corrosive media, suitable for storage of seawater, chloride ion environment and high temperature and pressure conditions.

• Nickel-based alloys have extremely high corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, suitable for extreme environments, suitable for storage of highly corrosive media (such as hydrogen sulfide, chloride ions) and high temperature and pressure conditions.

• Corten steel is used in the shell, deck and other parts of the ship that are exposed to sea water.

• High-strength ship plate steel is used in key parts of large ships (such as hull, deck, bulkhead, etc.) to reduce weight and increase structural strength.
